Dear Ozgur,

We really had a great today with Eren on our tour of Istanbul. He's awesome! We got to see all the important sites (absolutely no delay anywhere / NO CUES!) - knows his way around. Very professional and very insightful with the history, his knowledge of art and religion, and really took time to have complete conversations with us about everything we visited. We made adjustments throughout the day - and it was great that he tailored his presentation and approach with us - according the pace we wanted and the amount of free-time vs guided tour. I also want to thank everyone at COS leading up to our trip - you were very responsive and worked easily with us setting up all our excursions. Well - we're off to Cappadocia tomorrow - this has been an excellent start with our visit to Turkey. Can't thank you enough.
