A big salute to a very efficient and excellent staff City of Sultans Tours ever has. It was a big privilege choosing you to tour Istanbul and to see so many interesting places and to experience Turkish culture in such a short 3 days. The itinerary was so tailored and very well organized from the time we arrived Istanbul. Though our flight was delayed for over an hour, we were met by a very patient and reassuring COS tour professional, Charlie (hope I spell your name right) who brought us to a centrally located nice hotel at the old city of Istanbul. The actual tours itself was beyond belief. To our tour professional, Eren, a million thank you\'s. You made our visit to Istanbul memorable, enjoyable, worthwhile, and very personalized - really fit for a Sultan. You made us feel like Royalty by doing beyond what was not included in the tour. Thank you so much for everything.
